The Rag Pudding was spot on—tender suet pastry packed with rich, flavorful meat, all smothered in thick, proper gravy. The chips were exactly what you want from a good chippy: fresh, crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and perfect for soaking up that gravy. My mate’s potato scallops were golden, crispy, and fried to perfection, just as they should be. Portion sizes were generous, prices were fair, and the service was quick and friendly.
